Mustang's Kid's Life Vest has been the parent's choice for small children for years. With the vast majority of the flotation in the front of the chest, children float chest up (and therefore face up). The cape behind the neck supports the child's head so it rests out of the water. The vest has a webbing belt and a webbing leg strap to ensure the PFD remains where it should. A handle on the back of the cape helps to reel in 'swimmers'.
